36' Catalina 36 '84 "Thor's Refuge"
Catalina 36 was Frank Butler's very popular design produced from 1982 to 1994 (Mark II version was produced with some changes to the original in1994). This vessel has always been berthed in Monterey and mostly used for day sails.
The Monterey Municipal berth is transferable to buyer.

Engine is located under companion way stairs. To starboard, there is a large bed under the cockpit, followed by nav station with seat. Forward there is a small dinette for two, farther forward is a hanging locker and finally a v-berth with a locker to starboard. To port from the companionway is a galley with ice box, CNG range and double sink followed by a large dinette with drop-down table for more berths. Continuing forward there is a toilet with shower and ending with the v-berth.
