Now's your chance to own one of the lowest priced 38 foot catamarans on the market today. And not just any catamaran, this is the Fountaine Pajot Athena 38, which are well known for their build quality and seakeeping abilities. The owner purchased her in the Med, had her gone through and replaced the standing rigging and then brought her home to the states crossing the Atlantic. Once here health reasons have kept her from much use and now it's time for a new owner to enjoy her. She did come through hurricane Ian with no major damage. The interior remained dry with no water entering the boat. She did loose the fabric portion of her bimini. The bimini frame is intact and will be reinstalled shortly. The Yanmar have been upgraded to the 27 HP model. The owner is offering a $5000 rebate at closing to help cover replacement cost of bimini or whatever the new owner decides. Bring your offer and own one the most couple friendly cats available.
Correction: The owner purchased her in the Caribbean and brought her back to the states.

Manufacturer Provided Description
The Athena 38 successfully combines beauty with intelligence. Beauty in its shape: the hulls, the sunshade, and the aft skirt; and intelligence in its design, which makes handling, berthing, mooring, and storage so easy. She has a functional helmsman's cockpit for navigation, a spacious cockpit for sunbathing, and very convenient steps at the rear of the hulls, providing the best possible access for all kinds of recreation on the water. The high-tech materials, the build quality and the choice of high-quality fittings make the Athena 38 an especially safe and pleasant boat for all weathers. The high level of Fountaine Pajot standards can be seen belowdecks. There is a large saloon with a well-equipped chart table, and the galley has very large storage and refrigerator space. The private areas in the well-insulated hulls feature four light and airy cabins, optimum use of space for king-size beds, and independent toilets in the corridors with built-in showers.
