Accommodations
V berth for 2 with bow hatch. Storage and freshwater tank underneath berth.
Mechanical Equipment
1980 2 cylinder Yanmar diesel. Raw water pump requires a little kickstart but no issues. Used sparingly but frequently in the last 2 years. Fuel tank treated. Never had to bleed the lines. 10 gallon tank.
Galley Equipment
Small Main cabin with kitchenette . Fresh water system with V berth tank inop. Needs new faucet. Salt water pump option for sink (working). Gimbeled butane stove. 3 DC charging outlets. 2 working fans. Companionway ladder removable to engine compt. Very worn teak cabin deck.
Deck and Hull Equipment
Last hauled out Feb 2023. Hull cleaned non-professionally twice since. There is currently a decent amount of growth present. Retractable centerboard (operability of centerboard adjustment unknown). Companionway sliding hatch railing is loose/needs to be greased well. Small Danforth anchor with 100+ ft of line. extra anchor in stern storage. Bow pulpit and stern structure in good shape. Just bought new bimini. Well laid non skid on bow. Fake teak Cockpit w/ two deck drains and wood tiller.

Raymarine chart plotter and cockpit compass.
Additional Equipment
Electrical:
New 15A AC shore power installed as well as recent fused DC solar power (previous owner). May need new house battery soon if liveaboard. Mermaid manufacturing A/C compressor. Needs to be recharged but fan is blowing. Bilge pump works & all lights/devices run on DC including anchor, running and stern lights meeting regs.
