The Ericson 29 was built between 1970 and 1978 and is a popular overnight cruiser to the channel islands. Well designed and sails well in the Pacific Coast waters.
The design has sleeping accommodations for five people, with a double V-berth in the bow cabin and two straight settee quarter berths in the main cabin along with a drop-leaf table and one quarter berth aft on the starboard side.
The galley is located on the port side just forward of the companionway ladder. The galley is L-shaped and is equipped with an icebox and a sink. The head is located just aft of the bow cabin on the starboard side.
This is an AS-IS WHERE-IS sale and the seller is open to all offers. This should be considered a complete and total refurbish opportunity.

Condition
The owner says the boat has not been used in the entire Covid period. The hatch has been replaced with plywood. The engine has not been started in 2 years. It has not been sailed in at least that long. There is a battery but it has not been charged in over 2 years so it has to be considered dead. The seller does not know the condition of the sails and is not a sailor. He purchased the boat to stay on when he is in San Diego. He lives out of state. The boat is being sold AS-IS and WHERE-IS and should be considered a complete and total refurbish opportunity.
