Located in Jersey City, New Jersey, this 50-foot 1974 Grand Banks 50 Europa is spacious and comfortable. Grand Banks are large cruising vessels that feature impressive performance.
Re-powered with twin 300 HP Caterpillar Marine Power 3116-TA engines.
The Grand Banks has 3 staterooms with 1 master bedroom and 2 bunk rooms along with 3 bathrooms.
There is a full galley with refrigerator / freezer, stove top, oven and microwave.
The living area has plenty of space with 2 sofas, swivel rocker and table that converts into a dinette.
The interior is clean, and all the teak has been well cared for.
This yacht has an air conditioning unit with heat, 2 generators and reverse cycle washer and dryer.
There are 3 long boards on the Starboard side are the only ones with wood rot (needs attention). The owner said that they were dug out and replaced but not sealed properly (picture in the listing)
