"Nancy's Fancy" - A true survivor Classic!
Please study the photos closely. You're looking at the original shiny gel coat, the original carpet, and the original (grained and imbossed) upholstery, which is still soft and subtle. Plus the original brightwork which looks fantastic too!. It appears that the factory side curtains/windows have never been installed.
Please note- this boat has been enjoyed by its original owners, so there are a few misc. imperfections, but as you can see, she's in remarkable condition.
The forward windshield design of the "Antiqua" makes the best possible use of space. This boat is great for skiing, fishing, sight seeing and is also suitable for overnight stays. Features include a refrigerator, sink, two-burner stove, and ample storage space. The cushions below fold out into a large bed. The rear two seats lay flat as well.
When not in use, this boat has been stored indoors. The factory gel coat looks glossy with no major qouges whatsoever. * In my opinion, there is not a more beautiful, more period correct, color than this avocado green.
Not that an engine needs to look good, but this Mercruiser I-6 165 looks spotless and runs smoothly with no ill noises. The ignition system has been upgraded to electronic. The boat was recently tuned up and, new impellar installed. All 6 cylinders tested at 150 psi.
The tandem axle trailer is in good condition as well.
This boat is still in the original owner's name and has all the original paperwork, which includes- misc. pamphlets, owner's manual, as well as, a "Thank you" letter signed by the original owner of Silverline Boats!
The Silverline Antiqua 18T "camper boat" is a very rare model that was only manufactured a few years. My guess is "Nancy's Fancy- # 27548" is likely the nicest unrestored Antiqua in existence. As mentioned earlier, when not in use, has been stored in a climate controlled warehouse and mechanically maintained throughout its lifetime.
If classic boats are your passion, you are going to love this one!
