Allegedly designed by the famous Ed Monk. More usable space than most boats it’s size. 6’4” head room throughout.

Teak parquet flooring throughout in great shape
Paint on fly bridge and aft cabin top is waterproof dinghy paint. No ceiling leaks in either case

Six 6 volt DC batteries for the house bank and a 4D for the starter. All are lead acid and in good shape
Electric in line pump for bleeding the fuel system
Hull cleaned monthly with proper zinc replacement…cone zinc on prop, 2 flat zincs on stern and two small round zincs on the rudder
Custom primary fuel filters can be switched easily with valves as needed. Never had to switch them en route. No bleeding necessary.
Exhaust hoses to stern and from engine replaced in addition to engine hoses
Both Jabsco heads rebuilt in 2024
