Pearsons are well known to be comfortable boats and this one is no exception.
Her owners have spent every winter on this boat since 2007, sailing throughout the Bahamas. She is an easily handled, shallow draft sloop. The main cabin is located forward, in the V-berth while the salon can accommodate 3 people for sleeping. The galley is equipped with an efficient Norcold refrigeration system and a 2 burner propane stove. There is ample storage behind the settees, in the head, V-berth and in the spacious cockpit lockers. The head and waste disposal system were completely rebuilt in 2020. Cushioned were reupholstered in 2017. Due to owner's age and health issues this beautiful boat is on the market.

Broker's Comments
This is a good bargain for the sailor looking for a reasonably priced Pearson 323 with good, solid bones. The cabin has a good layout with sleeping accommodations for four when the setee is filled in. There is a comfortable navigation center with both VHF and Single Side Band Radios and a large drop top work area.
A 4 1/2 foot draft qualifies the P32 as a shoal water-capable cruiser that's just right for coastal cruising and exploring the estuaries along the East Coast. But with this 32-footer, the shoal draft stats also come with an efficient foil shape and external lead ballast, providing enough lift and lateral plane to enhance sailing ability both on and off the wind. Add to the mix a respectable sail area-displacement ratio of 17, and it's clear that this Pearson is more than an oversized pocket cruiser. Envisioned originally as a club racer and a family cruiser, this boat lives up to both expectations.
For those who prefer spending time sailing when they go cruising, she is a boat worth a very close look.
She needs a little TLC!
