1982 Trojan F36 Tri-Cabin

Let us take a walk thru.  We begin with the forward cabin V-berth. This berth is comfortable for two adults. Plenty of storage and includes a closet for hanging clothes. The forward Head is located to port and accessible from both the V-berth and the Salon.  The forward head has plenty of elbow room. Equipped with toilet, vanity sink, mirror above vanity with storage behind and below the sink. The forward head is also a full shower.  Galley and Salon are amidship. Salon sole is the access for the engine compartment. The salon is large and comfortable. Can accommodate 4 adults and has the control panel for the forward heat/air unit. Has a 35” flat screen TV, the vessel stereo system, large love seat sofa and living room chair. Storage below the sole forward and along the starboard bulkhead. Galley has three burner 110vac electric stove, 110vac Microwave, 110vac domestic refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee maker.  In-countertop ice well with drain, deep sink, and plenty of counter space. Storage cabinets above the refrigerator and below the sink. Both AC and DC electric panels are located to starboard side before entering the aft cabin. Aft cabin is the Master suite. Queen size walk around bed. Built-in nightstands port and starboard with drawer and storage below. There is a large counter to port with a 19” TV and a four-drawer dresser built-in below. The aft head is forward to port in the Master suite. Has a new Raritan macerator toilet, vanity sink with storage below, mirror medicine cabinet and a separate tub/shower unit. The Master suite has a closet for hanging clothes to forward center and ample storage to the starboard side of the cabin. The master suite has a control panel for the aft heat/air unit.  
This vessel has a six foot overhead throughout. 

She was repowered in the mid 2000’s with used twin 5.7ltr Mercruiser 350cid 260hp inboards that run great. Both engines have new electronic ignitions, new spark plugs and new plug wires. New raw water and circulating water pumps, new thermostat housings with new 160-degree thermostats. Several circulating water hoses have also been replaced. Both engines have new Rochester Quardrojet carburetors. New fuel/water separators, as well as engine oils and filters.  All new within the past 18 months.  Both engine batteries and aux/gen battery replace in 2024. Engine oil and filters are due beginning of season, 2025. 
Engine compartment has an Automatic Halon Extinguishing System.  
3 portable ABC fire extinguishers included. 
220gl Gasoline tank, 70gl fresh water, 40gl black water. The 20gl 110vac water heater was replaced in 2017 and provides plenty of hot water for showers.

New Forward and Aft Dometic Emerald Split System 12000btu Heat/AC Units installed August 2023.

Most of the bidge pumps have been replaced within the last year. Too many upgrades and adds to mention.

20lb Danforth anchor with 25' of chain and 100' of rode. 6 new large fenders, and 4 new 3/4"x25' morring lines. All manufacturer deck hardware is in excellent condition. Comes with the rail mounted stainless steel grill, adjustable boat hook, all aditional mooring lines, shore power cables and dock box filled with maintenance supplies.

Vessel has a complete camper enclosure for the bridge with bimini top. All side and rear panels are constructed with Isen Glass and the entire enclosure is in excellent condition.

All window glass is in excellent condition. All of the windows have new Insulated canvas snap on covers as well as the hull vents for engine room and aft fuel tank compartment. The forward access hatch, forward bench seat, and aft cabin emergency escape hatch have canvas snap on covers.

The bridge deck has removable, form fitted carpet in excellent condition. The deck above the Galley/Salon area has a full length, full width sun pad also in excellent condition.

This is a fresh water yacht , always kept in a covered slip. She would make a great live aboard.
