Boasting a plethora of impressive features and upgrades, making it an enticing option for sailors looking to cross the line first or explore distant shores. With a selection of newer sails, including head sails in three different sizes (153, 135, and 125) and a spinnaker, the boat is well-prepared for various sailing conditions. The main sail is also in good condition, complemented by a newer cover for added protection.
Equipped with a Universal 25 XP diesel engine, she makes smooth navigation with the advantage of two propellers in good condition: A max feathering propeller and a highly efficient 3-bladed prop. Additionally, the sailboat comes with a custom winter cover in good shape, providing practicality and cost-saving benefits during the colder months.
Rigging was professionally replaced in 2012, the owner confirms. Whether one is seeking racing thrills or leisurely cruises, this vessel can accommodate both needs. It has a track record as a competitive racer in local club racing events and has also earned her stripes as a delightful companion for weekend getaways and longer vacation cruises.
The boat's features don't end there. It comes equipped with a spinnaker pole, self-tailing Lewmar 46 jib winches, and an upgraded 6:1 traveler system. The navigation setup is modern featuring a GPS and a 2-station VHF radio. Onboard entertainment is catered to as well, with a marine stereo system to keep the crew entertained during their journeys.
