1989 Pacemaker, 33 foot fishing machine ready to hit your favorite fishing spot!
This 33 Pacemaker is a timeless classic. It is set up for fishing, cruising or can be used as a liveaboard. The current slip is transferrable, but not for liveaboards. The wide beam makes this a stable platform, providing plenty of room in the cockpit and cabin. The boat has a large walkaround to the foredeck. There are two large cushions that make a nice sun-pad.
The cockpit is amply sized with rod holders on the gunnels and two in-deck fish boxes. There are long spreader outriggers for trolling. An extended shade cover keeps you cool while fishing or relaxing on deck.
The flybridge has a great view. There are two swivel seats and seating forward for your guests.
Step into the clean cabin and immediately you notice the beautiful hardwood floor. There is a comfortable green chair a white sofa and a large dinette that converts to a berth. The seller had the interior cushions replaced and protects them well. The galley is a nice size with a newer refrigerator.
Step down the cabin and to the right, there is the large head, with a full-sized vanity and makeup mirror. The master stateroom is large with enough room to step on each side of the bed. The seller states he has new custom sheets for the bed. There is plenty of storage and hanging lockers. A private entrance to the head is a very convenient feature.
***CONDITION OF VESSEL***
The boat looks to be in good working order. The seller states it runs great and can be taken out at any time.
The seller states the gauges and electronics are in working order except for the autopilot.
The cockpit deck has some normal crazing of the gel coat. The gunnel covering boards could be refinished. There is some slight wood rot under the overhang. The swim platform was solid and looked in good condition.
The exterior gel coat looked in good overall condition for its age. The gel coat was coated with Poli-glow and could use a new coat to make the boat nice and shiny. The exterior teak needs to be refinished.
The cabin was clean and odor-free. The door opened fine, the windows open with no issues. No signs of water intrusion were present. The blinds and headliner are original and show normal wear-and-tear. The cushions, floor and interior wood look to be in great condition.
The head was clean and odor-free. The master stateroom was clean, the seller stated the hatch was recently replaced.
Below deck, the engines show corrosion and the bilge could use a cleaning. The seller discloses the generator is in need of repair.

*Estimated APR, or Annual Percentage Rate, is the annual cost of the loan, which includes other charges and fees. Actual rate and term can vary depending on credit history, collateral type, age of collateral, loan amount, loan term, loan to value, vessel registration type (LLC/Trust), state of residency and other criteria. Rates and terms may vary and are subject to change without notice. Credit score can vary depending on the credit reporting agency. Payment example: A $76,000 loan for the purchase of a recreational use vessel for 20 years with a fixed rate of 5.49% would have an estimated APR of 5.49% and 240 payments of $522.37.
