If you're looking for a budget-priced, no-glitz cruiser to get you out on the water this 1998 Rinker Fiesta-Vee 280 will do the trick. With an extensive list of standard features usually sold as options on other boats. Hull construction is solid fiberglass, and her 10-foot beam is about average for an express cruiser her size. She’s a good-looking boat with her integral swim platform and curved windshield, and despite the low price, the overall fit and finish is surprisingly good. The 280’s midcabin floorplan is typical of family cruisers her size with double berths fore and aft, convertible dinette, and a compact galley. Privacy curtains separate the sleeping areas from the salon. Headroom is excellent throughout, and there are plenty of storage bins and lockers. On deck, the cockpit is arranged with a big L-shaped settee opposite the helm and bench seating at the transom. Economical twin 180hp 4.3 liter V6 engines with about 450 hrs. Rebuilt out drives, new zincs, props done last season, brand new carbs, heat and A/C work.
