This boat was purchased and surveyed in January 2017, has no hour meter, and former owner claimed 10 hours on a new Peninsular 300 HP single engine diesel. I am estimating that in the 7 years we have owned it, we have put no more than a like amount of hours on it, which is why it is being sold. The engine is a turbo with 8) cylinders in a V configuration, and has side thruster
The boat has been started and run every year since its purchase, but to a very small extent. Its original name was High Clover, and it was rated by the surveyor to be in Excellent condition. Its hailing port was Sarasota Florida, and we drove her down to the Keys where she has remained since 2017. The surveyor estimated the value of the boat to be $58,375.00, with a replacement value of $258.000.00. Newer navigational equipment was added in 2018, and I have no idea as to its functionality.
The beam is 10'-8" and the draft is 3'2" with a depth of 5.7'. She has a modified V berth, with 6 opening portlights, 3 each side with (1) 20" square hatch over the V berth. It has a galley, including a refrigerator, single burner stove and a microwave. We have all of the canvas/eisenglass in excellent condtion.
She is sold as is, where is, and is subject to inspection by potential buyer.
