1999 Leopard SPORT

Hello,

**This purchase is perfect for a yacht rehabber! I'm simply not the right person to finish this boat as I have too many other things going.

** OWNER FINANCING IS A POSSIBILITY. I'll review on a case-by-case basis to assure it makes sense for BOTH sides.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS:

--Under previous ownership - the rear passerelle was left open under way and took on water in the engine room. The Captain for the previous owner put it soft aground.

--I purchased the Leopard. The engines were pulled. The hull was painted, zincs, surface drives rebuilt.

--The yacht was recently towed by water from Miami to Dania Beach. It's currently located indoors at Broward Shipyard......waiting for someone to give this boat the care and attention it deserves and needs!

--In parallel to the yacht being relocated - we found a literally LIKE-NEW set of engines for this yacht. I still find it hard to believe that we found such low time engines that will fit perfectly into this boat when the time is right. They're currently located at a storage facility 5 miles from the yacht and are included in the deal.
