Marine Survey was completed 11/9/23. New owner has spent over $40,000 in the past year making sure all items of concern were repaired/replaced include new batteries, battery charger, fuel guages, impellers, alternator, refrigerator, replace dripless, propellers reworked, bottum paint, anodes, bow and stern thruster propellers, generator serpentine belt, fuel gauges, and seacocks and strainers, and vacuum flush system. 

New items added include Sionyx Nightwave low light camera, backup camera, Garmin GPS, and Fusion stereo..

The yacht was stored in an enclosed boat garage until 2022 +/- and stored under cover slip for the balance of time. Washed every two weeks since owned by the current owner and recently buffed and waxed.

This yacht has only been in fresh water since new.
