The Formula 40 PC cockpit blends versatility with refined comfort, featuring a walk-through windshield with molded steps and handrail, a convertible U-shaped lounge, and a double-wide helm seat adjustable for sitting, standing, or reclining. The lounge, accented by two custom walnut tables, doubles as a spacious sunpad, with contoured seating upholstered in water-repellent DriFast foam.

An integrated wet bar offers a sink, a large 120v/12v refrigerator, concealed trash receptacle, and ample storage beneath a hinged Corian countertop, complemented by 14 stainless-steel drink holders throughout. A removable 32-inch smart TV, stowable below deck, enhances the entertainment options. Fiberglass lockers neatly store gear and water toys, while dedicated compartments house lines, fenders, and PFDs. Engine access is streamlined via a switched hatch or a convenient day port.

Below deck, the salon shows well conveying sophistication with high-gloss cherry cabinetry, ultraleather upholstery, and premium hardware. Privacy French doors separate the forward stateroom, and 6’9” headroom lends a spacious ambiance. The curved Ultraleather sofa pairs with an adjustable dual-height wood table, expandable into a two-person berth with a filler cushion, while two included dining stools enable seating for six.

Twin Volvo D6 IPS-500 diesel engines propel this yacht with superior performance, agility, and efficiency, logging approximately 450 hours as of March 2025.

Pod seals were replaced and anti-fouling bottom paint applied in Fall 2023, followed by a full main engine service in August 2024—with under 40 hours since—ensuring a seamless handover. Comprehensive service records, maintained by an experienced owner, are available.

Regular biweekly operation year-round, including full-throttle runs, maintains peak condition, reflecting meticulous care; fuel capacity of 250 gallons supports an approximate 300-nautical-mile range.

Corian countertop complimented with a large polished stainless steel sink, concealed two-burner electric stove, 120v/12v refrigerator/freezer w/ matching stainless steel front panels, stainless steel microwave, and concealed in-counter trash container. A 43 inch Samsung Smart TV and Fusion MS-RA770 stereo head unit offer entertainment for all. The Fusion head offers a wireless and removeable/portable remote control at the helm and/or Fusion App control as well, allowing for two zone control of cabin and/or cockpit.  The head unit is expandable to four zones if the new owner would like to add speakers or make any modifications. (4) 150W 6.5” 3-way amplified speakers are found below deck. All lighting has been replaced to LED, which allows for minimal 12v usage and a modern touch.

The below deck salon accommodations include a tasteful blend of high-gloss cherry cabinets with dove-tailed drawer construction throughout, ultra leather upholstery, and top-quality hardware and furnishings providing a high-end display. Hidden privacy French doors separate the forward stateroom from the main cabin, and the 6’9” interior headroom gives the look and feel of a much larger boat.

All navigation electronics have been upgraded within the past two years, highlighted by the Garmin 8616xsv 16-inch touchscreen chart plotter, paired with a GMR 18 xHD 4k radar and transducer for comprehensive situational awareness. Custom carbon fiber dash panels enhance the helm’s modern aesthetic, and Garmin software updates, seamlessly delivered via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, ensure peak performance.
The Raymarine autopilot, with a wireless remote, provides precise steering control from any onboard location, enhancing comfort during leisurely bow lounging. VHF radio with dual antennas completes the suite.
